1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours (1 business day) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

 

DVLAB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

 

4. Damages and Lost Packages

 

If your item is damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact.dvlab@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
